If you know us, you know that we like to do things a little bit DIYfferent. Experimenting with building and finishing is a good way to learn, grow, and improve your techniques. In this home we have decided to be bold and attempt a no-paint interior. We just don’t like paint, but that’s a story for another day.
Our alternative is paper, but not ordinary wallpaper. We are doing a decoupage, torn paper technique. We are trying to achieve texture, interest, and durability. If it also covers some of our drywall imperfections that’s also a bonus 😉 This technique is borrowed from a brown bagging technique that we tried years ago, but we are adapting it for white paper. Let’s hope this works!
